Legal Information Helpline

ARAG customers have access to our confidential legal information helpline for general information about Australian legal matters. Your call will be referred to a legal service provider who will be responsible for the information provided to you. There will be no extra cost to ARAG customers for an initial 15 minute consultation. The legal information helpline is available between 9am and 5pm AEST on weekdays (excluding public holidays). Simply have your policy details ready then call (02) 8066 0162 and select option 1 and then 2. Fair use policy applies. Information will be provided verbally and will not be put in writing. This helpline cannot provide advice in respect of a dispute with ARAG or the Insurer.

In providing these services, ARAG acts on behalf of the Insurer and not as Your agent.
