How to Submit a Claim

We know how important that providing a streamline service to your client is. To lodge a claim simply download the claim form claim form and send the completed claim form and supporting documents to the claims team at . Additionally, you can call the confidential legal information helpline where you can speak to one of our Legal Service providers before lodging a claim (02) 8066 0162.

After you have submitted all relevant details and documents on of our claims professionals will be in touch, and provide you with a claim number and request any further information if required.
