Our Domestic Violence Policy outlines the principles and processes we have in place if a customer is in a situation of Domestic and Family Violence. Please let us know if you are affected by domestic or family violence and we will handle your information with care and do all we can to support and assist you with compassion and sensitivity. If you hold a joint policy, we will also consider potential risks and safety to handle an individuals information confidentially.
